Where exactly will the driver meet me?

In the arrivals hall after customs, holding a sign with your name. If you cannot see the driver, call or message the number in your confirmation and we will connect you within a minute or two.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing, from your side. We track the flight number you give us and move the pickup to the actual landing time. Waiting caused by a delayed flight is free — this is exactly why we ask for the flight number.

How long does the drive into the city take?

Usually about 30 minutes to the centre. Late-night arrivals are often quicker; a landing that coincides with the morning rush can take longer. The price does not change either way.

Can I book for a very early or very late arrival?

Yes. Transfers run around the clock and the night fare is the same as the daytime one. Just give us the flight number so we are there when you actually land.

How many bags fit?

Each vehicle lists its seat and suitcase capacity on this page. If you are travelling with skis, oversized cases or a folded pushchair, mention it when you book so we send a vehicle that genuinely fits rather than one that only just does.
