Cancellation Policy

We keep cancellations simple. Most plans change, and you should not lose money because of it. This page explains exactly how cancellations, changes and refunds work on any tour booked through Tourister.az.

Free cancellation

• Day tours & day trips — cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your tour start time for a full refund.
• Multi-day tours — cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before departure for a full refund, as these involve pre-booked hotels.
• Every booking is confirmed instantly, and your guide contacts you on WhatsApp before the trip.

Late cancellations & no-shows

Inside the free-cancellation window, and for no-shows, the tour is non-refundable — we have already reserved your vehicle, guide and, on multi-day trips, your hotel. If something urgent comes up, message us anyway: where we can, we will move you to another date instead.

Changing your date

Rescheduling is free up to the same cut-off as free cancellation (24 hours for day tours, 72 hours for multi-day tours), subject to availability. Just send us your booking reference and the new date.

If we cancel

Very occasionally we have to cancel — usually unsafe weather on mountain, hiking or boat tours. In that case you choose: a full refund, or a free reschedule to any available date. We always contact you as early as possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Any third-party entrance tickets already purchased on your behalf are refunded only if the venue itself allows it.

How to cancel or change a booking

Message us on WhatsApp using the green button on any page, or email info@tourister.az, with your name and booking reference. We reply within minutes during working hours.
