A guided bike ride through central Baku: 3–3.5 hours, about 15–20 km at an easy pace, ₼50 per person. The route follows the Caspian seafront, passes Mini Venice and the Carpet Museum, slows down for the Old City, stops at the Flame Towers viewpoint and carries on to White City before riding back.
Tour overview
Baku's main sights are spread out in a way that makes walking between them tiring and taking a car between them pointless. A bicycle fixes that. In one ride you cover the seafront, the walled Old City and the newer districts east of the centre, with time to stop and look at each one.
You meet the guide at a central Baku meeting point, get a bicycle sized to your height and a helmet, and set off along the water. Most of the route runs on the Boulevard and on wide city streets. In the Old City the lanes are narrow and full of people on foot, so part of that section is done walking, with the bikes pushed alongside.

Route and stops
1. Meeting and bike fitting
The guide matches each rider to a frame by height and sets the saddle, then the group rolls off together.
2. Baku Boulevard
The seafront promenade along the Caspian: flat, wide and with the bay on one side — an easy first stretch to get used to the bike.
3. Mini Venice
A small network of canals and footbridges on the Boulevard, one of the city's lighter photo stops.
4. Carpet Museum
A stop outside the building shaped like a rolled-up carpet. Entry is not part of the tour; if you want to see the collection, it is easy to come back on your own.
5. Old City (Icherisheher)
The walled historic centre around the Maiden Tower, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here the ride turns partly into a walk: in the narrowest lanes everyone pushes their bike.
6. Flame Towers viewpoint
The three towers that define Baku's skyline, with a view back over the bay and the city.
7. White City (Ag Sheher)
The new district east of the centre, a sharp contrast with the Old City you rode through an hour earlier.
8. Coffee break
A café stop to rest before the ride back; drinks and snacks are paid by you.
9. Ride back
The group returns to the meeting point together.
