Frequently asked questions

How early should I book the pickup before my flight?

For international departures we suggest leaving Baku about three and a half hours before take-off, and about two and a half for domestic. The drive itself is around 30 minutes in normal traffic, but morning and early-evening traffic on the Heydar Aliyev Avenue can add to that. Tell us your flight time when you book and we will suggest a pickup time.

Is the price per person or for the whole car?

For the whole car. The fare covers the vehicle, the driver, fuel and parking for the journey — not a seat. Four people travelling together in one minivan pay the minivan price once.

Can you pick me up from anywhere in Baku?

Yes — any hotel, apartment or address in the city, including Old City addresses where the driver may need to meet you at the nearest accessible corner. Give us the address when you book and the driver confirms the exact meeting point the day before.

Do I pay online?

No. Nothing is charged when you submit the form. We confirm the price and the details by email or messenger first, and you settle with the driver on the day. Cards are widely accepted in Baku, but cash in manat is always simplest.

What if my plans change?

Message us and we will move or cancel the booking — see our <a href="/cancellation-policy/">cancellation policy</a> for the details. Because nothing is charged upfront, changing a transfer is straightforward.
