Private Transfers Across Azerbaijan

The airport run is about 25 km and takes roughly 30 minutes. It starts at 35 AZN for a sedan carrying up to three people, and the price is for the whole car — a family of four in one minivan pays the minivan price once, not four fares. Larger and business-class vehicles are priced separately on the route page.

We price 26 fixed routes from Baku and the airport: the Caspian coast south to Lankaran and Lerik, the mountains at Quba, Khinalig, Laza and Shahdag, the north-west through Shamakhi, Gabala, Lahij and Sheki, and west to Ganja and Naftalan. Anything not in the table above is quoted by hand — send us the two addresses and we will price the journey.

A day ahead is usually enough, and during working hours most bookings are confirmed within the hour. Book earlier for a seven-seat minivan, a business-class car or a very early departure — those are the vehicles and the times that run out first, especially in summer and over the New Year holidays.

A transfer is the car and the driver on your own schedule: no guide, no fixed itinerary, no group. A tour adds a guide and a planned route. For a family with luggage going from A to B the transfer is almost always the better buy; for two or three people who want the place explained, the tour usually is. Several of our routes exist as both, and the route page says so.

Yes. A multi-leg trip such as Baku to Gabala, Gabala to Sheki and Sheki back to Baku is booked as separate legs on consecutive dates, and wherever the schedule allows we keep the same driver for the whole trip. Tell us the full plan rather than booking the legs blind and we will price it as one journey, including any waiting time you want along the way.
